Things people actually ask us

Honest answers about visas, documents, timelines, and how we work — including the parts other agencies tend to leave out.

About our service

We help organise visa applications, travel plans and supporting documents. Confirm the scope of assistance in your quotation. Book My Trip is an independent travel agency; immigration authorities decide applications.
No. A preparation review cannot predict or guarantee a visa decision. We can help identify missing information, organise documents and prepare questions for the relevant authority.
Check the current official fee for your visa category and the authorised payment channel. Ask us for a separate written service quote showing what is included before agreeing to work.
You can discuss your plans on WhatsApp or visit our Karachi office Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM. Tell us what support you need so we can suggest how to share the relevant information.
Keep the refusal notice and compare the stated reasons with the application you submitted. We can help organise the documents for a discussion; any review, appeal or new application should follow the specific official instructions.

Documents & requirements

Start with the current official checklist for your route and circumstances. Organise identification, travel plans, funding and other requested evidence. Required validity periods, translations, photographs and booking documents vary; our guides are preparation aids, not complete official checklists.
Confirm any financial evidence or minimum amount in the current official instructions. Prepare a realistic trip budget and explain the source of funds truthfully. Do not borrow money merely to create a misleading statement, and do not assume a balance guarantees acceptance.
Check whether insurance is required for your route, what cover is specified and whether a policy meets those terms. Read exclusions and cancellation conditions before purchasing. Ask us about available assistance without assuming a particular policy is included.
Ask exactly what a reservation document represents, how it can be checked, how long it remains valid and whether it meets the authority's current instructions. Never submit a fabricated confirmation or assume a reservation is an issued ticket or guaranteed hotel room.
Check the receiving authority's current language, translation, certification and attestation instructions for each document. Ask about the scope and price of any translation support before ordering it.

Timelines & appointments

Processing times vary. Check the authority's current published guidance and distinguish appointment waiting time from application processing. Do not treat an estimate as a confirmed decision date or book on the assumption of approval.
Check when the authority allows an application for your intended travel date. Allow time to collect records and address questions, but confirm appointment availability before relying on any timetable.
Availability is controlled by the relevant provider or authority. Tell us your travel date so we can discuss the published booking process. We cannot promise an urgent appointment or create a slot.
Confirm the biometric and attendance instructions for your visa category and circumstances. Do not assume that previous enrolment, nationality or destination alone determines whether an appointment is required.

Refusals & reapplying

Review the refusal reasons, your current circumstances and the official options before deciding. A revised application should address relevant issues honestly. No agent can predict whether applying again will succeed.
Read the notice and current official instructions for any waiting period, review deadline or application restriction. Do not assume you can reapply immediately or that waiting alone resolves the issue.
Answer the questions on each application accurately, including previous decisions where asked. Keep copies of notices and obtain qualified advice if you are uncertain what a question requires. Do not conceal information or assume a prior refusal has a uniform effect.
Read the wording on your US refusal notice and the official explanation of the cited provision. The implications depend on the decision and circumstances. We can help you organise questions, but this FAQ does not give a legal interpretation or promise a remedy.

Holidays & packages

Check your written quote. Visa assistance, official fees, flights, hotels and transfers should be itemised so you know what is included. Booking a package does not guarantee a visa.
Tell us your intended destination, dates and group size. We can discuss travel-planning support and available quotes; specific products and availability need confirmation before booking.
Tell us your preferences, dates, group size and any accessibility or family needs. Confirm the itinerary, inclusions and cancellation conditions in writing before accepting a honeymoon, family or group quote.
Rates and availability can change. Request a dated quote based on your dates and requirements, then check its validity, inclusions, payment schedule and cancellation terms before booking.
